Salon Bois Energie 2016 Innovation Competition

The Innovation Competition is always a highly anticipated moment during the Exhibition. It rewards the most significant innovations of the year and often provides a compass reading of future trends. The Competition rewards Innovations from 4 categories:

  • Category 1 : Wood fuel supply chain
  • Category 2 : Central wood heating for the domestic sector
  • Category 3 : Localised wood heating for the domestic sector
  • Category 4 : District heating

These prizes are awarded by a Jury of renowned experts, whose members will soon be shown here.

Meet the 2016 jury

The Jury comprises 9 members from multiple and complimentary disciplines, each one of whom brings a particular experience or knowledge of the sector. We are very grateful to the members of the 2016Innovation Competition Jury for the time and professionalism they dedicate to their role as judges, both before and during the event. This year the Jury is divided in two groups, handling respectively categories 1 & 4 (Wood fuel supply chain, District heating), and categories 2 & 3 (domestic wood heating).
